1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Once processed, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods (specify if you have any preferred providers).
All transactions are encrypted for security.
3. Returns and Refunds
Books: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Pre-Loved Books: Due to their nature, returns on pre-loved books are handled case-by-case. Please contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer support. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Your personal information is used only for order fulfillment, customer support, and marketing (if opted in). We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description, but actual delivery dates may vary.
If a pre-order item is delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated timeframe.
