Body by Asa Nonami is a collection of five psychological horror short stories. Each story centres on a character who develops an intense obsession with a specific part of the human body — including blood, hair, the navel, buttocks, and the jaw. As these fixations deepen, everyday life slowly turns unsettling and disturbing. Through these dark and often shocking tales, Nonami explores themes of self-image, insecurity, vanity, and the fragile line between fascination and madness, leaving a lingering sense of unease long after each story ends.
